This person that answers the phone is extremely rude and I will let everyone I know to use someone else...

It used to be that Tracy Bennett was the best. His locks and keys worked. He was a pleasant and attentive locksmith. Over the last 15 years he has made keys for and re-keyed hundreds of locks for my rentals.Sadly, Tracy passed on.Now the couple that runs this shop does not measure up in any way. Their key work is no better than the key machine at Home Depot. And they are pretty poor about customer service. Yelling at customers when they were the ones who weren't doing their job. Claiming customers were harassing them when the customers only wanted them to do as they had promised to do.They can run their business any way they want. I just won't ever use Bennett's again. Any other locksmith is better than being yelled at by a poor locksmith and his wife.

The technician was very courteous and fast. Great company to go with!
