I'd like to state that any comment prior to July 15,2015 was regarding the old License Plate Agency in Wallace. This office has been under new management since this date.

Very helpful and quick! Going to the DMV has always been a headache, but these ladies work to get you in and out quick! Love the new location as well! Much more space and doesn't feel cramped! Staff went above and beyond to help me out!

Went into the agency today, 3/16/15 asking what is required to transfer tags from SC to NC & an older lady was very short & snappy...wish I didn't have to go in there. Had a smart remark to each of my questions. What a shame when there are so many looking for jobs whom I am certain would be more professional. I learned about 1/4 of what I need to know. I guess I will have to ask my mother in law to go in. tried calling all day long...BUSY.

When I spoke to a lady at this office about a question about my vehicle registration, she was very short with me and advised me to call the Raleigh Office, and that she couldn't help me. All she could tell me is that I could return my tags to her office. Being nice goes a long way, and she was not pleasant to speak to. I hope that I don't have to call there again...
