I went with my friend to pick up her dog. Not only was the haircut bad but her nails didn't get cut! I was considering bringing my dog here but I will look elsewhere after this experience.

Very unhappy with my dogs hair cut.. It doesn't look like I took my dog to the groomers I can't believe I paid fifty dollars for this.

I took my dog here a few months ago just to get her nails clipped and i was NOT impressed. At first it looked like a nice place but after taking my 2 year old dog back all i could hear was screaming, from my dog! i ran back there to hold her thinking she was just scared to see blood everywhere! the woman didn't know what she was doing, clipped all of her back nails too short to where they bled and she was scared to even clip the front ones. She kept moving away & i was mad. My dog is a 40lbs rednose girl who showed nothing but happiness & this woman was scared & hurt my dog... well my dog limped for a few days and i will never go there again! i will stick to my usual Petsmart. :)

I dealt with a competitor salon first ( Barks n bubbles) and was treated very rudely on the phone.



My entire experience with Li'l Nells has been amazing. The staff is extremely helpful, the facility is AWESOME, and I love that my dog gets to play with the other dogs in between the different parts of being groomed. This makes the experience really fun for her. When I used to take her to petsmart, my normally exuberant and friendly dog would cower in the corner. Now, when I take her to Li'l Nells, she's happy and frisky, and I know that I can trust the staff to treat her well and groom her to my satisfaction. Not only would I recommend Li'l Nells to everyone, but I challenge anyone that's skeptical to find me a better grooming salon in the area. Trust me, you won't! The price point is great for what they offer, and if you value your pup, I urge you to give them a try!

I have always had a great experience at Li'l Nells. My dog looks great every time and I enjoy the fact that I have the extra time while she plays at their day care.

I've used the self-wash and had my poodle groomed there. The staff is extremely generous with their help and supplies when I'm washing my own dog, and I really appreciate it. However! I DON'T like all these dogs roaming freely about. I think it's kind of dangerous -- I wouldn't want mine out like that. Also, I left my poodle there to be groomed and wasn't happy with the result at all. I took her back and they fixed her up a little better, but I won't go there again. Maybe to use the self wash only.

I have a Yorkie and always she is done so nicely. The shop is always clean. I don't know what the first reveiwer meant .. it never smells badly.. always it's clean. I left other groomer's for that reason. I think Little Nell's is Excellent!!

I've been taking my dog there for over a year now. Always a professional cut, nice groomers. Nice place.

I bathed my own dog in the self serve tubs and there was several animals hair in the tub. Filth just cacked on all over like they havent been cleaned out in days. Not only that they charged me $15 just to give him a quick shampoo myself. Unbelievable. The smell of animal urine filled the space. I will tell everyone to go elsewhere if you care about the health of your dog.

Love the atmospere at L'il Nell's. Their facility has a large play room that resembles outdoors w/ a in door potty area. Their staff is super friendly and seem to really love dogs. I also love the way they groom my dog Hearty. He goes running to the door as soon as we pull in!! I highly recommend L'il Nell's for grooming, daycare or their self serve petwash!!!!!! 10 stars

I tell everyone around Little Nell's how wonderful they are with the animals how friendly the employee's are not only to you but also to your pet. They treat your pet like you treat your pet at home as one of your children. I love the freedom the my pet has with other animals as well as people. Everyone needs to try them out you will continue to go back as I do every 2 months or sooner depending on how my pet is doing.

My dogs love going to Lil Nells and I love the how beautiful they look afterwards. It is so nice to have a groomer that does not cage the dogs! Highly recommend to anyone.
