I had an appointment for 6:20. I got there by 6 to do paperwork. By 6:45 I was taken to the doctors office justo be told 10 minutes later that it wasn't my turn that it was someone else's . I have been going there since the office was a small place, now with all the extra staff and doctors the management of the office time is very POOR! Have the courtesy to call and let me know that the
doctor is running late or re schedule . my time is important too! Last year I had the same problem . I hope Dr. Wiser reads this comment.

What an amazing experience!!! My fiancé got a splinter of wood in his eye, we were off to the local ER to get it out and before we left the driveway I thought I would call Oakland vision, our local optometrist to see if they accepted emergency apt's, their recording gave the doctors phone number, I called, during dinner hour, not only did he accept our call, but he met us at his office 15 minutes after our call! He removed the splinter under my fiancés eye in no time. He shared how much he values every employee he has and how he likes to pay it forward! He loves people and is definitely a man who makes a difference. Thank you Dr. Wiser!!!
