For over 20 years, I have been completely satisfied with sues service. Polite, knowledgeable, prompt, reasonably priced and extremely fine work. NOBODY does it better!!!

To be completely honest, she is a little rude. I came in to have the sleeves of a dress taken in. They were a bit bell shaped and I wanted them more fitted. Instead of just saying okay, she exclaimed (very loudly), "THIS IS STYLE OF DRESS, WHY YOU BUY DRESS IF YOU DON'T LIKE STYLE?!" I'm hesitant to return to her business. I would prefer someone who respected my business and she seems to just be annoyed. Perhaps it's the language barrier but nonetheless, it was rude.

I took my son's pants in to this shop to be shortened. He tried them on and she pinned them appropriately. When I picked them up a week later they were now above his ankle. You could see a good inch of sock. The owner refused to pay for the pants which were now ruined. She also refused to refund me the money I had paid to have them shortened.
