Super Car Wash should train their employees better on customer service and implement discrimination policies and procedures. If you offer a service and a customer takes advantage of the offer and re-enters the lot, do not make it difficult to exit to the point of your employees blocking the exit drive because they believe a customer is cutting the line.



Imagine 10 minutes arguing with people to move away from standing in front of your vehicle and having to call the police after paying $24.00 for a car wash!!!!!!!

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE! Punk-A kid screaming at me 'Neutral! Neutral! Neutral!', then "Get off the phone and put it in Neutral!!' while I'm still waiting for someone to bring my credit card back to me. (I wasn't on the phone- just waiting for my card.) Who hires these idiots?????

Then the wash basically missed all the grime anyway! I won't even bother returning to use the washes I pre-paid for just so they can't ruin another day for me.

Be smart - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

I had a bad experience at this car wash. One of the car wash employees slammed the scrubbing brush on my window unusually hard as they cleaned. Luckily my window was not scratched and was till in tact. Wouldn't recommend this place.
