Never had a experienced worse service. They first didn't deliver my package for 3 days and then decided to deliver it to the house across the street and then the mail carrier decided to sign for the packages himself.



Now I'm out close to $500 dollars in merchandise.

I want to file a claim but can't even get them to pick up the phone. Every time I've called it goes straight to a fax line.

Worst service ever from the mail carriers. They are very nice in the office, but guess what, most people don't use the office. Mail carriers are lazy and they are liars. The average pay for the mail carriers in Walled Lake is over $80k a year, I looked it up. If there is a dusting of snow around your mailbox, you will not get your mail. We had a snow storm and all the neighbors were out making sure the mailboxes were clear, none if us received our mail for a week. Funny part is that around Christmas time, when we leave envelopes with cash for our mail carriers, it's never to snowy for them to get out of the truck to get the money, but god forbid they have to deliver any mail. They get paid more than the average annual household in the US. Some food for thought.
