Responsive and Knowledgeable!

This company was hired to move a hot tub off of a storm damaged deck and onto the new one that was built. The new deck was damaged during the move and I was told that they are not responsible for any damage they do when moving a hot tub as it is heavy. Why then would I hire a "professional" spa moving company? When pressed, I was able to get the owner to agree to come look at the damage. I waited all day and he did not show or contact me until that evening to say he got caught up on a job (my appointment was scheduled for the morning before he traveled out of state for a job that day). The company finally agreed to pay for the damage that was done but it took 6 weeks and several requests to actually receive a check that ended up being returned due to insufficient finds. Now I am left with a damaged deck, no payment for repairs and out the fee imposed by my bank for depositing a check that bounced. If you are looking for a reliable and professional service provider, do NOT call this company.

They are wonderful!! They know their stuff and are easy to communicate with. They had my spa fixed ASAP. I couldn't be happier!
