I have never dealt with such professional, honest, down-to-earth guys. Scott is fantastic at what he does, and what is does is work magic. My brand new car went in there looking like a total embarrassment and came out looking like it came off the showroom floor! He called me every step of the way, and didn't treat me like a "girl" like most body shops do. He and his brother and their crew made me so very happy and now I watch where I park, and freak out if I get a scratch. But I know I have friends for life, and I have recommended them to friends and their cars have come out exactly the same-like new. It's so nice to know you can still trust some in this world. I wouldn't bring my car anywhere else and highly recommend them to anyone looking for body work. You walk in as customers and walk out as friends.

This is absolutely the best repair company EVER! Scott is the BEST! I have never dealt with a repair shop that handled everything for me,and Scott is very honest and made me feel very very comfortable with all the work that he had to do on my truck. He kept in constant contact with me and told me what had to be done every step of the way. I am female and have had many experiences with repair shops and they always try to persude me to buy more expensive oil, or repair and/or replace items in the vehicle that they know I know nothing about, alot of bad experiences, but this was by far the best, Scott took control of everything after knowing I was involved in a hit & run accident that nearly totalled my vehicle, and I was a still a wreck emotionally when I had to stop by since he is authorized by my insurance co. and came highly recommended from some other people that we spoke to, and Scott handled everything with the deepest respect for me and what I was going through, he was very courteous and he advised me he would handle everything, and he did just that, other than me stopping by to sign the release form, he took care of all of the details as he stated he would from the very beginnig. I would highly recommend this company to everyone and I am so greatful to my insurance co,Liberty Mutual for dealing with such a reputable company & now I understand why! It is a family business with Scott & his brother Terry, and it shows, it is also a local company in Wallingford which is where I live and that means alot to me to keep the business with a family owned company that is a local business that I can help support by my patronage to them and letting others know what kind of company they are and how they helped me not to worry about anything that had to do with the repair of my vehicle, they are fair & honest and they take alot of pride in what they do, what more can you ask for, I am so greatful to Scott and I will always recommend them to everyone. If you care about keeping local family owned business s open and working in this tough economy, and you want quality work to be done by honest caring people, than THIS IS THE ONLY BUSINESS TO GO TO!! I have been a manager in Customer Service for much of my adult life and even written manuals & procedures regarding that practice, and I am very much a true believer in treating everyone as if they were your first customer, with honesty & respect, and knowing the customer is always right! Cyr Brothers not only know that rule but they practice it and that is a rare quality in this disposable society we all live in! If you need anything done to your vehicle and you want quality work by two respectful & honest guys, there is only one place to go no matter where you live, come to Wallingford and see Scott & Terry @ CYR BROTHERS AUTO and you too will leave a message of satisfaction.
