Just ask yourselves. Do I want to hire a company that has people work for them . good hardworking people just trying to put food on the table clothes on there children's back. and when it comes time to pay that employee the boss / owner tells them il pay you tomorrow but tomorrow never comes because they hire someone else and he tells you he has no more work for you.
