I went to drop off a large package at the Wallingford Store and was met by an angry hand-waving manager yelling at me. His name is Jim MacFarlane. He yelled non stop about how there was an accident at the store and I would be causing an accident if my car spent 30 seconds to drop off the large package in front of the store. I asked him if he would help me...He Walked Off without answering me to talk to the truck driver. This is disrespectful!
In the time he spent yelling out his unhappiness with customers, just assuming I was another customer who was there to torment him, he could have helped unloaded the package and act like a service manager he was hired for the job.
I would never go to this store!
