Nothing but problems and they didn't care at all. Not even an apology. 6-7 items of mine evidently were assigned to another account, there was no record of those items in my account.
Spoke to another shopper in shop and was told they got money for items that weren't theirs. Also, I assume a few things were stolen because they were documented, not sold but missing. I had a new in. Is appliance which I paid over $50 for must have been priced ridiculously low becAuce I received a whopping $2.15 for it when sold within the month. Or, maybe that was a mistake as well, Never will I cross their threshold again. When I questioned missing items I was told there is stealing going on because there are no cameras. Incompetent service and noncaring staff. After bringing lots of things there for a few months and having these problems was enough for me.

i love this shop!!! buy all my boyds bears here and all the ladies are wonderful.. :)
