This was the worst unprofessional experience on a vehicle repair. They are incompeten, they ordered wrong parts, they took their time on everything. They had no estimated time to finish the job, they knew I had no rental insurance but still didn’t assist in anyway. I finally had to get it towed to an “authorized “ repair shop. Once towed it was repaired quickly. Biggest Last problem they forgot to ship my grill and tire wall so it took another week by the time to finish and more money out of my pocket for the rental and he didn’t even expedite the shipping because it would be money out of his pocket to solve the problem which was his fault to begin with Rob was only thinking of his shop getting paid from my insurance company he made sure he was taken care of. But he didn’t care about the most important thing. THE CUSTOMER. Please don’t go here you will be very disappointed. He was very unprofessional, even his rude tone as if I was bothering him.

Our family minivan broke down near Lake Area Collision while on vacation. They were extremely fast and efficient with our repairs, as we had a complicated schedule due to living 7 hours away. They worked with us, kept in constant contact, had our repairs done within days and we're all extremely friendly during the entire process. They even cleaned the interior (which we had left a mess of vacation supplies). I've never been so impressed with a repair shop in my life. If we lived closer we would never go anywhere else!
