Product was cheap. But delivery took a little longer than what I expect. I can live with that since I am paying so much cheaper than many of the online merchant.

Worst customer service ever received. Will make sure to record this and all my email and phone calls made to you. A simple email would have been sufficient to acknowledge my contact attempts. In the meanwhile, I have lost clients due to not being able to fulfill my orders. I would NEVER ignore a client, after all they pay my mortgage. Very unprofessional behavior.

Looking back, I can say I am glad I placed my order with VitaDigest. The savings were incredible and the order arrived in a fairly timely manner (about two weeks ground). My whole shipment came together and the products where miles away from their expiration date. There is a dark side to dealing with this company. Once you place your order, your available shipping info is vague at best. When I called the company I only got recordings. At the time of my purchase, ground shipping on orders over $100. was free, so that helped to make up for my feelings of frustration a little. If they can do something to update their order tracking and customer service it would make the ordering experience a bit more comforting.
