I had a horrible experience with JT Outfitters. On January 9, 2014 I placed an order for a fuel cap on their website. I waited for a confirmation email or receipt that never came so I checked my bank account and noticed that the transaction went through. January 23rd I called to inform them that I never received the part. They told me someone would get back to me in a few hours. January 31st I called again and was told they would look into it and call me right back. February 5th I called again and was told they didn't have the part and would look into refunding my money. I own a chain of auto shops and I order parts very often and I must say the customer service at JT Outfitters is by far the worst I've experienced. I never received a phone call, email or any other form of communication informing me of the status of my order. I'm glad I called a month later because I don't think I would have known the status. I still have not received a refund. Save your time and money.
