Carolyn Cain has got to be the worst attorney I have EVER dealt with. Litigation to avoid costly trial? Are you busy for the next FOUR years?! If the thought of going to court for the next four years doesn't bother you - how about spending upwards of 15 to 17 thousand dollars in all those filing fees? Declarations brimming with unnecessary requests, continuances and poor judgement. I bring this up because YOU will be PAYING for all of these. When a lawyer lacks trial/courtroom savvy - they tend to be experts in filing notices, etc. This is NOT what you are hiring your attorney to do. My advice is to ask around for a good TRIAL attorney. Get into court and get it DONE. Otherwise you are serving as nothing more than a really big paycheck to an attorney who is best interested in your money. It's not right but it's part of the game and this attorney is very skilled at it.

I hired Carolyn to help me out with a bunch of probate issues i was having with my family estate that my father left for us. Well she dove right in and before i knew it, she had everyone in my family pissed off at me and she wasnt even doing what i asked her to take care of. Instead she starts filing all kinds of declarations to the court about this and that. Costing me way more money than she led me to believe it was going to cost me. She was very short with me if i even questioned any of her tactics. Basically telling me that because im not an attorney to keep quiet and let her do what she does. Very hard to get a hold of her too. She twisted the truth so bad in court, i was embarrased

I was a single mom with a 2 yr old baby. My son's biological father wanted nothing to do with us, and did not want to pay a dime for support. He was in the military, and thought because of that he did not have to do a single thing. The judge in martinez ruled in his favor, for $100 a month support, no medical insurance, no bottles, diapers, pre-school / daycare to pay.



Upset and a wreck, I was referred to Carolyn, she jumped in and saved the day! No kidding. She got a new trial, new judge, and set everything straight. Child support went up, to what it legally was, and should have been all along. He had to cover my son with insurance (he was in the Air Force, so he did not even have to pay for it), half of day care, and basic living expenses. She is amazing.



My brother is going through some issues with his child and the biological mother being a monster, and I have told him to call Carolyn. I was her client over 9 years ago. She was an insperation to me. One day, when my kids are older, I hope to go to Law School for family law. She gave me something to believe in during the battle I was going through. Because of her, I would like to give back to someone else what she gave to me.
