In 2018, I decided to go to the Walnut Creek location for Dental Implants. I was introduced to Tracy Falkson a Patient Education Consultant who spent her time bragging about herself during the consultation! I gave her a deposit of $1,000 and quickly left.

On my next appointment,Tracy was trying to show me a hand bag she said a client bought her! I was not at all impressed with her behavior! I was there to see a Dental Tec and had to leave unexpectedly. Tracy decided to try and keep my deposit of $1,000 and blocking me from contacting her or the business! I simply notified my Bank about her devious ways and was refunded my money! What kind of business employee’s a person like this!
