An in-depth knowledge of not only software, but also hardware and an ability to act in timely response to a customers call for assistance will surely be applauded by individuals who were serviced and we've received these "good turns" more than once, including during weekends.



I shall continue to hire this team, albeit, their service-charge is probably slightly above the typical costs brought forth by any other outfits within computer sales & repairs. However, unlike the inexpensive and inexperienced groups that claim to perform similar work, "Morry" does not have to be called back for the same recurring computer irregularities.
