This was our second time bringing our car to Cooks on Main in WC. When we got the initial quote it was right in line with others. While we preferred a competitor, as they seemed to respect us as indiviuals more, we went back to Cooks as they are a preferred vendor from Farmers----by using t his facility we get the Farmer's guarantee to back up any potential problems--



My wife picked up the car today. The front bumper was attached as good as the estimator attached it with his bare hands prior to us leaving as the part needed to be ordered. When my wife expressed concerned, she was accused of putting too much force on the repair, by the estimator, Tim Collins. The quote came over $100 more, which they just pass on to Farmers, She was disrespected and talked down to.



The same thing happened the first time.



If you feel more comfortable with another shop, take it there where you will be treated with diginity. Kee's Auto Body in Concord was much nicer and I think next time we will go where we are respected.



Only time will tell on how good of job they did. Our new name for Cooks is CROOKS ON MAIN-----BEWARE
