Provided by YP.comNormally I have always been satisfied with their work. However, I if there are problems what should be dealt with they should call and ask approval do handle it while they have the car, not just write it on the Under Car Inspection report. I have no idea what "sway bar ushing worn and noisy" means or if it is a major problem that should be corrected ASAP.

Provided by YP.comI'm sorry paulpoint had a bad experience, but I've known the Frank Brothers for over 30 years, and I've never had reason to believe that they were anything but straight in their dealings.

Provided by YP.comI brought my car into Frank’s Auto service with a check engine light. I was amazed on how clean there shop was; it was the cleanest shop I had ever seen. They were able to look at my car right away and diagnose the problem. I decided to leave my car for them to fix. They took me home and picked me up when the car was finished. I felt like a part of the family after leaving and knowing they did a good job.

Provided by YP.comI took my car to Frank's Auto with a slow water leak. He gave me an estimate of $400, claiming he needed to replace the thermostat housing, that it costs $140 for the part and $250 for 2 HOURS LABOR!
I went to another shop and they said they would charge me $70 for the part and complete the job in less than an hour. I actually paid for a gasket only (the housing was fine) and one hour labor at $80. The repair was about $100!
Don't be fooled by the friendly family feeling they try to promote at this shop.
