I was in BIG trouble! Third time DUI with a probation violation. I was headed to jail for sure. I was referred to Mr. Madsen by a friend; that call saved my life. Mr. Madsen got me into his office right away. I was immediately impressed by his determination and sense of optimism. He assured me that he was on my side. Mr. Madsen convinced the Judge to let me pursue treatment, kept me out of jail, saved my marriage and my job! I can't thank him or his wonderfully helpful assistant, Nicole, enough. I have dealt with Mr. Madsen on several occasions and found him to be quite knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and just darned good at his job both as a former DA and a defense atty :-).
