Dr. Natalia Vasylyk was recommended to me by my dentist, Dr. Kalman. I have been incredibly pleased with her work with my daughter. Dr. Natalia works neatly and confidently, doing the best possible. The treatment is still in progress but I am amazed at how fast the Damon System works. Dr. Natalia is very professional and attentive; she is driven by results and uses individual approaches for each patient. Braces are not cheap and most dental insurance does not cover much of the cost and care, so I obtained the Health Chase finance with 2 years interest free, which was great until my one late payment. As a penalty of late payment, Chase applied 30% of interest rate on my account. It was shocking because they hid the credit policy! I called numerous times to Chase customer service, hopping to fix the situation, but they were cold and heartless. They gave my 2 months period to pay up. How generous! People, who apply for a health credit obviously unable to pay out of pocket and most of the time are low income. My situation was helpless until I told to my doctor. Dr. Natalia and her staff spent hours to solve my problem, negotiating with Chase on my behalf. Finally, they were able to reinstated my interest free loan. Be careful with Chase Health and don't jeopardize your promo rate! Many thanks to Dr. Natalia Vasylyk for orchestrating not only great orthodontic treatment, but also for going outside her professional expertise to show she cares for each individual patient. I highly recommend NV Orthodontics everyone who wants a beautiful smile!
