I purchased a meal that turned out to be a little different once I got home. I went back to the same store a couple of days later to let them know my displeasure and they were so curtious and ready to be of service that they gave me the perfect meal and a snack with all smiles and apologies. I appreciated there readiness and they made me smile the rest of the day.

I travel a bit for work and typically I am a big fan of Panera across the country. I was excited to see this going in near my home as a healthier option for a quick meal, especially with the drive through. However, we have given this place 4 chances to do well over the years and they continue to disappoint. I can no longer blame it on being new... the quality is poor. The salads are not crisp, they've had our order wrong twice, the bread is stale, and the service is okay.
