My wife and I had Paella for the first time a couple of weeks ago and were anxious to try it again when I found out Taheri's offered it and it was so close to home. While we loved the first time we tried in San Francisco, our orders at Taheri's was terrible. It was horribly over salted, the sausage was tough, the rice was dry and the clams and mussels were very small and the shrimp was also tough. We had ordered two orders to go expecting to enjoy a wonderful meal but ended up throwing over half of it away it was so horrible. Even though Taheri's is close to us I could not imagine a reason that could ever tempt up to return after such a terrible experience.

I go to my work every day passing this restaurant and never thought about going there until my neighber recommended it. On our first visit i had their med. aptizer and my wife orderd the greek salad for entrees she had the medit. jumbo prawns and i ordered the paella, oh my god everything was excellent, we also ordered a bottle of pinot noir which was reasonably priced (nice selections of wines on the menu).

The service was timely and the server had a good enough knowledge about food.

we have been back many times and had brought friends with us and the experience has been consistently great.
