The goal of TheraCare is to provide premier services, recommend a safe home environment, and implement a customized plan that will allow the client to thrive and be happy in their home – wherever that may be. Every client of TheraCare is assigned either a Physical Therapist Case Manager or a licensed Geriatric Care Manager to personally oversee and coordinate services and safety.
