This office is oblivious in how to treat people.

1. sick visits, good luck they are very passive upon examinations

2. not answering the phone, how do you get treated if no one calls you back?

3. Emergency referrals, good luck seeing a specialist if its not 72 hours out

4. Diagnosis, I know when I am sick but you don't even test for flu or strep throat !

Its been a challenge to say the least dealing with this practice over the years. I doubt they will listen to patients. I find myself running to more specialists as a result of this practice not treating me correctly. When you get sick, a doctor should never, ever second guess what is going on. You know your own body. How dare they treat people this way !

I had numerous issues including medicine interacting, I got sick called them, they did nothing. I heard on nurse brag she told another patient over the phone to find another doctor. I witnessed this first hand. I worked all my life and this is the thanks I get. I hope this is investigated, as I will file complaints accordingly. I will not jeopardize my health due to a doctor that is unwilling to care. If you are a patient there, I suggest going elsewhere. They also have a problem answering the phone and returning phone calls along with get prescriptions done along with referrals.
