We had an annual maintenance done on our pumps. The tech was on time (even a little bit early), courteous and thorough. He also explained everything he had done before he left. Would highly recommend.

They did an excellent job installing the foundation repair products. Robert did a great job explaining the work procedure. Not a thing I'd change in my experience with them.

They deserve a "great job" award. Definitely feel they could not have done a better quality job.

Thankfully, it's been repaired and comes with a warranty. They secured the wall to prevent the chance of collapse. Our basement wall was cracking and leaning in. I truly was scared that the wall would cave in!

I used their services on a previous home we sold that had a leak. Very little interference in my home. The workers arrived as scheduled and got to work right away.

Outstanding crew! They were hard working, skilled, diligent, polite, knowledgeable and able to impart that knowledge to me, so that I could explain it to my family each night. Basement Technologies Inc in Brockton is EXCELLENT. We bought a house in North Easton two years ago. We had a major problem with water in the spring of 2008. So this year we researched basement water systems. We got a couple of quotes and selected Basement Technologies. They installed 2 sump pumps in our basement. Both have the battery backup you can get if you need it. (We lose power often so it was critical that the pumps work if we weren't home.) This year, ABSOLUTELY NO WATER IN OUR BASEMENT. The people in this company are very conscientious, extremely neat and clean and had excellent follow-up to any concerns we addressed with them. We can't say enough good things about them.
