I brought my 1 yr old dry clean only comforter to Lapels. First time visit. I had a small stain on the side that no one would ever see, but figured it needed a cleaning after a year of use. It came back, $26 later, with a huge blue stain on top. The white was also grey tinged. When I brought it back, they said they would send it out again. It came back another week later, with a smaller stain on top. It is still very visible. The comforter has a thousand wrinkles in it. They said they don't iron. I wish I had never brought it here. They totally ruined it and refused to do anything for me except give me a $26 credit on my account. I'll never go there again, so what good would that do.

This cost me $200 at Macy's last year plus another $150 for matching curtains. They don't even sell it anymore. I can't believe they can do this and don't pay me for it. Don't ever go here.
