The Conference Center at Waltham Woods is a full-service meeting venue with more than 5,000 square feet of meeting rooms. It features a business center, amphitheater, bars, and dining and meeting rooms. The center hosts various social, corporate and personal events, including educational sessions, business meetings, corporate luncheons, press conferences and training classes. Its amphitheatre can accommodate up to 200 attendees and is equipped with projectors, projection screens, video cameras, DVD players, microphones, podium computers, and digital video and audio recording systems. The Conference Center at Waltham Woods dining room serves smoked salmon, pasta dishes, roasted vegetables, salads, desserts, soups, spring rolls, pork loins, chicken breasts, scallops and crab cakes. Its full-service open bars offer a selection of beverages, including juices, soft drinks, cocktails, wines and beer. The center is located in Waltham, Mass., and is managed by Sodexo Conferencing, which specializes in managing properties. The Conference Center at Waltham Woods is a member of the International Association of Conference Centers.
