We had received reasonable customer service, but we found a couple things wrong with the contract and wanted them corrected before we left (one of them was the spelling of my last name, which is important on a contract!). There were a lot of people in the store, so the salesman said he had to take care of them first, even though we had just finished with our transaction and had not interrupted any other customers yet. We said we didn't want to wait, and the corrections only took 2 minutes.



Just now, I tried calling the store twice to find out their hours so I could buy additional accessories for my phone. Each time, I received a message saying, "The mailbox you are trying to access is full and connot accept any more messages. Please try your call again later." Completely unacceptable.
