Have always enjoyed the friendly, courteous, caring atmosphere. I never had a problem with Bijoux going there to be trimmed and taken care of while he was alive. Our "old darling" was gone a year this August (2017) past. We still take our other two short-hair dogs for various other "treatments", and love that our dogs are greeted as the "furry family members" they are to us as well.
