Ridiculous! My daughter lives 30 min away and this was the closest urgent care for her, being she did not have her ID they would NOT see her! BS

Had a quick & care-free experience. Dr. So recommend a great surgeon for a procedure I needed to have done as well.



If I ever need trustworthy medical care in the future, I'm going back to Bluegrass Urgent Care! Dr. So and his team are the best! Hands down!

I've taken my children to Bluegrass Urgent Care on numerous occasions. Dr. So & his staff are Brilliant with the kids. Even when they are feeling at their worst, Dr. So has always put a Smile & a Laugh in their discomfort! Not to mention healing their ailments. Thank You For Everything!!!!

Dr. So and his staff were amazing. Their professionalism and caring made me and my family feel very comfortable. Top notch health care in a very clean and modern facility. We will definitely return.

I recently visited this location when I was very sick. Dr. So was wonderful! I did not have to wait long to see the him and the Nursing staff were very friendly and compassionate. Dr. So took lots of time reviewing my symptoms and answering my questions. The facility was very clean as well.

I had recently had to take my daughter at the Crescent Springs location due to a rash and was seen by Dr. So. By far the most professional staff and responsiveness was great. Would highly recommend and with moving to Newport they have a new location which is convenient if services are needed again.

I have been to Urgent Care in Walton 3 times since the week before Thanksgiving. First visit, I got there when the doors opened and still had to wait 20 minutes for Nurse Pract. to show up. If your job starts at 9:00, you should be there BEFORE 9:00. I was in the office 1 hr, 15 minutes.

The following week, (no better), I got there again at 9:00 and was taken right back. Love Dr. So!!

Today, I am back again. Sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes, (the receptionist apologized stating they were swamped). ONE Dr. on duty! One!! If I understand this is cold and flu season, then why don't they have more staff. My total time in the office, 2 hours 34 minutes. Total time with the doctor, 15 minutes, tops. This is unacceptable! Evidently this office is poorly managed, if during cold and flu season, you only staff one doctor per shift. Again, I love Dr. So, and the front desk staff and nurses were great, but I don't know if I will EVER go back again.

I've had one great experience there, one ok experience and then today! Today was horrible. The nurses were rude, the dr didn't listen to what you were telling her and then got snippy when you'd tell her what she said was wrong . Then to be left waiting for 2 hrs with cranky sick kids. She looked over us all, prescribed meds and said all was good. No ear infections....fast forward a few hrs my daughter is crying in excruciating pain in her ear.....that was magically perfectly fine a few hrs earlier. I'll definitely be calling ahead of time and if this dr is there(sadly I didn't catch her name but she had a Russian accent) I'll go elsewhere.

First off the location is easily accessible, which I always appreciate. The nurses are incredibly nice and Dr. So is a great doctor. I was the one who was sick however when Dr. So came in the room he brought my son stickers and a lollipop which I thought was incredibly nice. While Dr. So is quick to diagnose and get things done ( I am sure this has to do with the fact he has other patients) he is still very thorough and listens. I am eight months pregnant as well and he even asked to make sure everything with my pregnancy was going well. I would definantely recommend this location to anyone! Keep up the good work!!

Dr. Robert So and his staff were amazing! I had been sick for what felt like months and after a quick but extremely thorough exam their plan of treatment had me feeling better by the time I got home. They were professional, caring, explained everything in full detail and went over all my questions. He was great with specifics and did not generalize. ADDED BONUS and why I will drive from Edgewood, KY to Walton KY again…he has a great personality that compliments his doctoring abilities!

I am a big fan of Dr.So . he has a friendly and professional staff: he listens and he explains what's going on and why in terms that a patient can understand; he also takes everything you say into consideration. This practice cares about their patients and it shows. After your visit, you can expect a call from the doc himself just to check on you to see if you are feeling better.
