During the summer of 2015, I purchased the smokers choice started evod 3 in 1 starter kit from the Walton store.  The clerk, Sue Ann, was very helpful answering questions, before I made the forty dollar purchase.



Unwrapping the package, and testing the hardware, I discovered that the hardware for the dry herb, had been cracked.



Well as you know, for which it is your customer service routine.  Sue directed me to the corporate office, which put me on hold six different occasions, and never returned to the phone.



I keep hearing from your staff that Smoker's Choice, sales of final.



Posted so customers can see.



I turned to the New York State department of Consumers affairs to learn what  are businesses obligations in regard to return policies.



I rather be paid to share my research, with regards to this topic.



But, it would be wise to review your policy.



While you can state no returns or exchanges, this does not apply to broken and damage products.... P
