The facilities are outstanding, the staff is great and my dogs are always annoyed that they have to leave! We were so glad to finally find a boarding option that was well balanced for play, outdoor space, and home-like accommodations. I don't have to worry about my pets while I am away. I know they are having a ball!

Follow up to review posted back in July 2011, late but necessary. If I could take back writing that review I would in a heart beat! That review was written out of frustration and the fact that I was a new customer to the whole boarding idea. I've never had to board my babies in the past and this was a last minute trip so I was on a time constraint. The afternoon on that day I was told the facility was booked I received phone calls from both Rob and Melissa. I respected both of them for taking the time out of their day to speak to me and for me to explain what happened. I had read nothing but raving reviews prior too and after speaking to Melissa I knew I had to give it a 2nd chance and I am so happy I did. The staff was so great both at drop off and pick up. Even during my families vacation I sent an email asking how my boy was doing and received responses to let me know how his stay was going. I honestly think he was a little sad on the car ride home to have to leave. He and I both are looking forward to his stay there this summer!! Thank you Melissa and all of your creekside resort staff for making sure my furbaby was safe and well taken care of while I was away. You will always be his home away from home when needed for sure!!!

My dog jumps out of the car and runs to the play yard! What a wonderful place with a lovely staff.They even send me pictures and videos of my dog playing.This is truly a gift to the area.One of a kind service where my dog plays all day and there are no "hidden charges" for the extra stuff that my husband and I used to pay for at the other places.Thank you so much Creekside for loving our Roscoe! As far as the other review- yes, we do have to book several months in advance esp. around the holidays.It is worth the wait.I would recommend that you try to book again with plenty of notice.Your dog will thank you.

Never had the opportunity to let my dog experience all that you say Creekside resort is. I contacted them on Monday, recieved a call back Tuesday morning stating they had availability. I was walking out the dorr, said I'd call back in 10 mins, called, left messages all day, sent emails, sent reservation requests and never heard back until this morming, Thursday now stating they're booked..... NOT Impressed. In a matter of 3 days I told alot of people about the kennel I had found, spoke very highly not even really knowing.... Won't ever try to contact again!
