I'm putting this review in for myself, and for my neighbors, as people must know about this poor quality, and poorly owned, company.



My first run-in with A Clean Cut Tree SVC (of Wanatah, IN) is they worked on a tree next door to our neighbor. They took over 2 weeks to complete a one tree job. They hire a bunch of young kids who had many accidents on the job, and had to take guidance to get the job done (no prior training or experience).



During this time, one of the head employees would park their rusty van all the way up *IN* our driveway. Yup, we literally couldn't leave our house... I had looked multiple times for the owner of the van for a few hours (yes, I gave them the benefit of the doubt), only to realize they just left it there and went to go work on someone else house. Luckily, one of the employees (whom all take frequent smoke breaks) found the keys in the ignition and moved the van for us so we may finally leave our own home. If you are the owner of that van, thank your employee. He saved you $200 from me getting it towed in the next 15 minutes.



A Clean Cut Tree SVC (of Wanatah, IN) has been placing very large trucks and machinery on private property for storage. They park (from what I've seen) up to 5 various large trucks, not including the work trucks they take to come down our road. They come down every single day, pick up the big trucks, and then bring them back in the afternoon to store them again.



One of our neighbors is 'leasing' his yard for 'A Clean Cut Tree SVC' to store their trucks on his property. Our issue is that our *only* drive to get to Burlington Beach Road, Lowenstines Lane, is private property. This Lane is getting absolutely ravaged by these large trucks. The road is made of rock and gravel and the residents pay out of pocket to keep it maintained. We can not keep up this private lane with the damages this company is doing to this private road.



Our neighbor is not legally allowed to lease his land to a commercial business via County Zoning laws, however, this does not stop them from paying less than they would at an official storage lot. Our cars have succumbed to added undercarriage damage to this company storing their trucks back here.



I will be posting this everywhere I can find so you feel ashamed for the way you own and operate your business. None of this is fabricated, none of this is written 'out-of-spite'. This whole article was carefully written to provide customers with information on what to expect out of A Clean Cut Tree SVC. In fact, I have photos I will leave up for everyone to see the various trucks you are leaving back here on private property (zoning violation - but you already know that).
