I have had items stored at The Extra Attic for years now, and have been treated wonderfully! Good people are running that business - clean storage units, helpful staff, safe and secure environment. Thank you, Extra Attic!!

I have used other storage facilities before, but none have been as satisfactory as this one. The initial set-up was a snap, and the units still look like they are brand new. Simply put, ladies love the Extra Attic, and men want to be the Extra Attic. If you are storing elsewhere, you're missing out.



Oh, and any business that telemarketers hate must be doing something right.

Such a good crew that runs this place. Fun and easy to deal with. Made my move simple and painless. Clean, Clean, Clean!!! No problems and they pro-rated at the start of the rental w/ a FREE lock! Great price and will definitely recommend and return.

I know storage and this is a great place. Clean, well lit and friendly service. Lots of extras. That must be why they call it the EXTRA attic.

Well, I called there and gave my name and asked for the person in charge of advertising. The person stated "that would be me" I started to ask, hello sir how are you?, he hung up on me, with no explanation.



That's quite rude and he could have at least been polite enough to find out what I was calling about and then said, "I'm sorry I am not interested" or whatever. Since he was locally owned an operated I would expect better treatment towards the general public.



When I tried to call back a few times afterwards, to give him a chance to redeam himself, I got the answering machine which proves to me it wasn't accidental. After that I wouldn't store my items there if it was the last storage facility on Earth.



Telemarketers are human too.
