Susan Deedy nor her staff return phone calls timely. Documentation sent to her is not read. She asks you for the same information repeatedly and never remembers the details of your case. However she charges an arm and a leg. Her reputation as caring and effective in helping gifted children is unmerited. We spent $5k for nothing. We will be making a formal complaint against her.
