TERRIBLE. I was in a car wreck Monday. But the owner is a certified State Farm rep. My claim can not be reported because their dinosaur computer is broken and they need to order a part. I was told "they don't believe in technology and wasn't expecting something like this to happen"

How can you be certified by a company that handles everything electronically and " not believe in technology " how can you be a auto repair shop and "not expect this to happen"

We only had my car towed there because it was closest to the wreck. I was told to "be patient they've already ordered the computer part"

There wasn't an option for negative stars.

Beware! Owner is rude and has terrible customer service skills.

Go elsewhere!

Workmanship was poor. Work was to be done in 2 days. Then needed an extra day. Never called on day 3. Needed one more day. Never called on day 4. Called again, needed an extra day. Two day project took 6 days. Poor time management and communication. Go someplace else.

I had fairly extensive cosmetic body work done to my vehicle to the tune of nearly $2K. The work was shoddy at best. He agreed to redo it at no cost and "make it right". The second time was just as bad; orange peel, overspray, and rust bubbles reappearing. I'm easy to get along with and a 2 star rating is more than what is deseved but the opportunity for him to make it right is still on the table. However, I would not recommend him to anyone I know.

Scott went to this business today to get an estimate for the truck that was hit with the delivery truck. He was told it would cost $20 to get a estimate for the insurance company because we had such a OLD vehicle it being a 2001. He said the man was very rude like he interrupted his conversation and proceeded to continue his conversation. Don't they know they could have made money since the insurance would have paid for the repair tsk tsk. We don't ever plan on doing business with this company in the near future! *-(
