My experience with Kaplan Insurance Agency has always been the same - simply great! You have always answered the phones right away, with friendly and knowledgeable staff that always seem to breeze though whatever questions or issues I've ever had. I have been using restaurant insurance from Allan for a couple years. I have 3 accounts with Kaplan right now. Allan and his colleague are professional insurance service provider. They always notify me for any change or coming up bill. I over look 3 restaurants in New York and manage one closely in Connecticut. To have someone like Kaplan insurance advisers help me taking care is extremely helpful. I really recommend Allan Kaplan to everybody.
