Was told to be there at a certain time to have my nails done and ended up waiting almost an hour. This also happened the time prior to this and both times when i asked why I had to wait so long I was told that she got the times mixed up. No apology - no nothing, until it was time to polish my nails. Then she asked if it was okay to have someone else polish my nails. I asked why and she said "Because I have a customer who has been waiting long time." That was that. I waited a long time too to have my nails done by her but obviously that didn't matter! I wanted to say "What do I look like? Chopped liver?" Never going back there again.

Today was my first time getting my nails done at Essence. I had a great experience and the employees were all so nice. Well done and great service!

Essence Nails is by far the best nail salon I have ever went to. While I was waiting to be taken all I was hearing was great things by the customers. They do amazing jobs and have a wonderful free-hand for designs. I recommend this nail salon to anyone who loves getting there nails done the right way.

I have been to many salons over the years. I can honestly say my nails have NEVER looked so good! They have really good hours and are open 7 days a week. They do the most fresh and trendy designs around!! I would not trust anyone else with my nails again!
