Service is fast and professional. Oil is usually delivered same day , next day the latest. SEVERAL times I have called to have oil delivered earlier then needed and they were out to my house in record time. The delivery drivers are always so happy and friendly even in the coldest of temperatures. Yes they do have a gallon minimum but for the amazing customer service and convenience of super fast delivery even in the peak of the season that come with that requirement its 100% worth it. Recently I thought I was going to run out of oil. My last delivery was Nov and with the holidays ect time had flown by in a blink . Well it finally dawned on me that I hadnt called for another delivery and I should be just about out of oil. I called for a delivery because I have credit left with them and was informed that they are able to calculate my usage and estimate when I needed my next delivery. They stated thay had already delivered my oil the previous week :)... I'm impressed and definitely love that they do that.( if u only want deliveries when u call u can request that and they will do that too).. I just enjoy the peace of mind I now have knowing that even if it slips my mind I'll never have a cold home with Sidur on my side. They truly care about thier customers and keeping you warm in our cold winter months. Thank you guys very much and a huge huge thank you to the wonderful sweet woman that answers thier phones for dealing with my confusion this morning. Hats off for a truly amazing team of people at Sidur & Sons. They do what they love & love what they do and that shows everytime you have interactions with anyone from thier team straight from the phone call to the delivery.

Called to order oil. The guy that answered the phone was rude. Talking to me as if I was a inconvenience.

YOU CANT ASK FOR A BETTER OIL COMPANY.!!!!!
IF YOU NEED OIL FAST , THEY ARE RIGHT THERE TO DELIVER.
AND THIER TECHS ARE THERE TO TALK YOU THOUGH ANYTHING THEY ARE DOING.

This pexpletive are so rude and do not know how to do business with people. I will never order oil from them ever again. They wonder why I have not ordered oil from them last March
