Provided by YP.comI recently conducted some business with Skip Schiappa at Cape Cod Roofing & Siding and liked how the experience turned out. Skip's a unique guy with a tell-it-like-it-is approach to his work. Communication was good, and was pleased with how the job was handled. I'll give Cape Cod Roofing & Siding 4 out of 5 stars because as good as Skip was with me, nobody is perfect.

Provided by YP.comWe recently put in an expensive ceramic tile roof on our house. The crew that Skip Schiappa brought to the house was superb. There was never any debris left after each day of work and the attention to detail was excellent. The only criticism that we have is in staging of the job as it took much longer than expected or estimated and follow-up has gone wanting. On the other hand, he removed already installed work and re-fabricated it because he wasn't happy with the way it looked. If you are not in a rush and the quality and/or originality of the job is the most important thing, then we certainly recommend this company for your job.
WOW... love all the hateful reviews. QUESTION: Since all the work done by my company over the past 30+ years all over the East coast has been done under very detailed written contracts signed by all concerned parties... Why are you taking your claims, accusations and slander to the internet without publishing your names and addresses when you can easily file claim in a Small Claim or District Court... or a state's licensing bureau... or file a General Liability claim? seems to me the same amount of effort in writing this trash would yield much greater reward and justice executed within the correct forum... if it isn't all trash that is. It's cowardly and shameful for persons like you to assasinate any company from behind the curatain of the internet. PROMISE: File a written claim against my company and regardless of the outcome I'll post your case, including your name... online for all to see. Skip Schiappa

Provided by YP.comTerrible. They do not clean up the job site well. Left nails all over the street and driveway. Damaged the house structure and won't fix it. Owner is arrogant and will harass and threaten you if you complain.
The complaintant is Linda Rainville, Plymouth, MA. Ms. Rainville is mad because when it came time to pay for beautiful new roof... she had trouble making payment under contract. Ms. Rainville was given great service and when embarrassed, she has resorted to personal attacks that simply spew hatred and mis-information... not constructive comments... notice there is nothing mentioned about workmanship. Review www.capecodroof.com and judge Ms. Rainville vs. our 30 years in business. Ms. Rainville is on her way to a legal problem if the foolishness continues. Ms. Rainvilles roof is photographically documented start to finish... call the office to review Ms. Rainvilles allegations. Linda, you have been asked nicely to cease... must you continue telling the world lies about nails in driveway and p'ing in your yard? Your foolishness hurts my family... certainly not my business.
