Southernmost Maple is a family owned and operated business providing pure Virginia Maple Syrup from our store on our farm. We wholesale and retail our products. Each spring the sap is collected from the maple trees and boiled down into syrup. It takes 40 gallons of sap to make just one gallon of pure maple syrup. The Virginia Department of Agriculture has awarded Southernmost Maple Products the designation of "Virginia's Finest." Please mark your calendar now and be sure and visit us when you come to the 52nd Annual Highland Maple Festival in March, 2010. Come and visit our Sugar House where sugar water is funneled into the only piggy back evaporator to be found in the southern states. Please click here for photos.
