Very disappointing. I joined Boost a month back and already am seeing incompetancy.

I made the first payment on a credit card, BUT, apparently it was credited to another customers number. Hence two days later I was Cut Off. I spent approximately 3 hrs at the local store getting it sorted out. No effort was made to offer any compensation at all, just a very weak, 'sorry'. It seems to me that at the very least I could have been given a 'gift' such as a charger, which costs the company around $5.

I was informed it was my responsibility to read the yellow high lighted areas, 'Silly me, thought they knew what they were doing'
