I wish I could give this business less than 0 stars! DO NOT TRUST YOUR HAIR TO THESE PEOPLE! I asked for a trim and Semi permanent color. She damaged my hair with permanent color and did such a bad job on the cut that I had to get 8 ( that's right I said 8! ) inches off the length. Your hair grows an average of 1/2 inch a month. I will take me more than a year to grow that back, not to mention the money I will be spending on conditioning treatment to get it back into a somewhat manageable condition. Oh, and if that's not bad enough, I cant get even the District Manager to call me back to complain about it!!!
