They are happy to charge a low price as they won't follow the proper procedures on the repairs. Wrong fluids and half the parts you need. Check out the thermostat they so kindly failed to check or offer to replace.

Unbelievable service and professionalism!

I recently had a couple maintenance issues with my wife's 2004 Nissan Pathfinder which required me to take it in for service. Initially, an on-base mechanic (I'm in the military) recommended that the issue potentially required an evaluation by the local Nissan dealership's service department. However, I hesitated due to previous less-than-stellar (and expensive) experiences with the same dealership. On a whim, I decided to swing into the local Warner Robins, GA Express Oil Change and Service Center and was absolutely floored by their professionalism and helpfulness. The staff was extremely responsive, courteous, and honest. They immediately identified and resolved the mechanical issues and saved my family an enormous amount of money. I can't express my gratitude enough and will definitely recommend to anyone who will listen to utilize their service.

Neal is the best mechanic I have ever dealt with- he just fixed what needed to be fixed and did not try to rip me off with extra parts. He has been there for several years and always in great mood. Thanks Neal!
