Provided by YP.comDo not ever buy anything from this place. They are the biggest cheat in the state of GA. In 2007 I have bought a new Chevy Impala from five star and after 15000 miles I had to change the tires. I was told I needed allignment! Aater only 15000 miles! When I asked for repairs under the warranty I was told " the warranty does not cover the tires and the warranty on the allignment is 14500 miles! since I had about 15000 mile at the time. I had to pay for tires and allignment. Then I was told "chevy, Impala needs allignments every 5000 miles"! When I called Chevy and told them I have a bad car they refered to the dealer who told them the car is good. Untill today I have to do allignment every 5000 miles. Although I have only 59000 miles now, I went through 3 brand new sets of tires and I am shopping for the fourth set.
Five Stars is the biggest cheat I have ever met in my entire life.

Provided by YP.comEarly October 2010, my wife & I purchased a 2008 Jeep Patriot with slightly over 20,000 miles from Five Star Chevrolet. Very nice vehicle. We found the vehicle online & drove quite a distance from the upstate of South Carolina to the dealership. After finalizing the deal, we prepared to drive off the the lot, we asked our sales rep where the second key was. We were informed that there wasn't a second key, but the sales rep promised that he would call the former owner of the vehicle to see if they have another key and if not, he would have one cut for us. Please keep in mind this was as we were about to drive off the lot & after all paperwork was signed, sealed & delivered. I called the sales rep back after a week. He stated that he hadn't yet contacted the former owner & that he would do so & call us back. We never heard back from him, so I called again. He stated that the former owner didn't have a key & that he would see what could be done about getting us a new key. We never heard back from him. I called him several times over the next few weeks & left voice mails, with no return calls. I finally resorted to calling & asking for a sales manager, who stated that the rep was not working that day. He promised to talk to the sales rep & then call me back. I never heard back from him. I called back again after two weeks, asking for a sales manager. I got a different sales manager & was again told that he wasn't working & they would speak with him & get back to me. Again, I never heard back from him. I called back one final time. This individual was slightly better in that he called me back, but informed me that since the key wasn't included in the paperwork (even though I found out about the lack of a key after the paperwork was completed), the sales rep claims he never promised me a new key and the fact that it had been 2 months since the car was purchased, they wouldn't get me a new key. This is simply unacceptable. I certainly hope that we don't accidentally lock our keys in the vehicle or worse yet, lock our dog in the car! I know this is a minor problem, but I believe in integrity & keeping promises made. They obviously do not train their staff on these two key business principles!
