I ve lived all over the state and country due to work, and found that Austin Pointe is one of the better apartment communities I ve lived in. Warner Robins is a nice area, and the area of the apartments is on a quiet side of town. Most all tenants are friendly as well as the staff on site. If I could complain about one thing...the trash pickup comes a little early and tends to wake me...lol

For the money this is one of the better places to rent in Warner Robbins IMO. The manager is fair and work with me on the pricing and my apartment. I have an "off the road" apartment and haven't had to place a noise complaint like other places I've lived. If people would clean up after themselves, then the mangement would have a hard time cleaning up. It's not trashy by any means, but the grounds are regular maintained well. Personally, I think the manager has got stricter and alot of the riffraff is no longer around, like mentioned in the other review. No complaints here!

I think that living here wasn't the best, but NOWHERE in Warner Robbins is! I've lived in 2 different places before moving to Austin Pointe and it was by far the better of the 3. I didn't have kids at the time, but don't think they would have been in harms way by living here. I did file several complaints and they did get worked out thru the management or the police, one way or another. I give it 4 of 5 stars as a comparison to other crap holes I've lived in in Warner Robbins.

Do not move into that place, They will let all kinds of people live there and it looks pretty rough now. During the weekend I didn't want to be outside or be out after dark and that was due to the kind of people that the landlord will let stay there. When we had problems with managment or teenants I called that 1800 number to the company that owns the property and you can't get anyone to call you back and some times you couldn't even get management to answer thier phones either and would have to call the police most of the time. We have had people doing drugs in our building and fights would break out at 1 or 2 in the morning. Our car also gotten broken into. I decided then to move out for the safety of my family. When we moved in the apartment was dirty and two blinds were broken and it wasn't even painted. The balcony was damaged and I had to fix that myself since the mantance guy had two jobs and was never there when you needed him. The walls are so thin that you can hear music coming from the teen club next to big lots. If anyone plays loud music, regardless of what time it is, It is against the law and needs to be reported to W.R.P.D. There is a no noise orderance except for clubs and bars. We had a neighbor that had just moved in and he would play his music loud all the time. I got sick and tired of management not doing thier jobs and had to call the police and get our neighbors involved so that we could get him evicted and it worked. I am happy that I don't live there anymore but I do miss our neighbors. They were great and had kids and wanted a cleaner place to live and will not put up with crap that the managers do in that place. They owed us money and we never recieved it and had to break our lease do to the crime and they had the nerve to send me a bill. I will not pay it and I will probably see them in court which is great for me. I can prove that place wasn't safe for me or my family through police reports and documntation of things that werent fixed when we moved in. So good luck Austing pointe. I don't owe you a dime!!!!!!!
