I have been here over 18 years, yes, the park was nice, and clean that's when Ms. BJ was management, but now old cars, trashes yards, this is so disgusting, I am leaving, but my mobile home will still be here, I will find a way to get it out of here, cuz in no time at all Hidden Creek Mobile Home Park will be the hood. People are buying the mobile homes and renting them out to anybody, they are not keeping up with how these people are taking care of the property, all they want is the rent, for the two or three months that the people live here. I know mine is not all perfect but I keep my yards decent I do not have trash blowing everywhere, I take that back cuz the Neighbors in the three for mobile homes around me is a hot mess. These owners of the rental properties y'all need to get on y'all job and make sure the neighborhood stay nice for you all can easily rent your property. And if this don't get corrected I will be adding photos, look forward to them.
