DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! They have the worst courtesy officers ever. They do not care about the residents at all. They're racist. The parents don't have to be parents here. The kids start fires, the chase other kids with knives, and shoot other kids with BB guns. Cars get broken into and stolen. If you're lucky enough to live in the Hills you will also have to deal with hearing gunshots at night and having peeping toms looking in your window. When other parents try to ensure the safety of their kids by speaking to other parents like adults the other parents hit you, kick you, yell racial slurs and threaten to attack you. The leasing office is of no help. As long as they collect their rent each month they could care less. Your rent goes up each time your BAH goes up. Which is stupid because they do not increase the quality of where you live so why increase the rent. This place is a hell hole. The problems living here grow daily. Run away from thus place! You'll be better off living in the projects it a trailer park! RUN!!!!!!!

For anyone with some common sense........do not move in Huntington Village!!! They rip off airmen and their families by basing their rent on the BAH. So basically, everytime the BAH goes up, so does your rent!! Actually they are the only ones doing this. Every other place that I called they told me it was against the law for them to do that!! I was about to move in because of the nice looking pictures on the internet. But I noticed as I was being showed my home, it was in the back of Huntington..........some of the ugliest duplexes you've ever seen!!! They look as if they were 1000 years old!! Then I found out that all the nice homes (which are displayed on the internet) are for ranks over E-4!! I've talked to several different people and they told me dont move there because they've had mold problems in the past...EWWWW!! And, I was told that maintanence was awful and patch up everything. I feel sorry for all families that has to suffer because they dont know the truth.
